Translation quality is more than our core value.

It is something we respect and adhere to in every step of the translation life cycle. Skrivanek’s quality management system has been created and documented in accordance with the requirements set out by EN ISO 9001:2001 Standard and EN 15038:2006 Standard for translations.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL TRANSLATION QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 

Rigorous quality control starts with linguists’ recruitment and testing which is performed by the local Skrivanek vendor management staff. Translation and editing processes are provided by certified in-country translators and quality assurance professionals supported by automated QA tools.  Our project managers highly trained and experienced both in customer care and in the use of software applications including TRADOS perform quality in-house check.

TRANSLATION QUALITY EVALUATION

Translation quality is monitored, measured and evaluated continuously using special quality metrics. The fully automated translation quality assesment is integrated into our business management system and includes translation quality reports in terms of the linguistic and subject specified expertise accomplished by our certified in-country reviewers and subject matter specialists after each revision, and customer satisfaction feedback evaluation of each translation job.
