Sworn interpreting is used not only in court, but also during the signing of notarial documents and, in general, on any other occasion requiring thepresence of an official sworn translator (e.g. signing of contracts, sworn statements.) Sworn interpreters must have the corresponding authorisation from the relevant authority.
